What I ate: Weekend Edition 02/16

So the idea is to eat very primal 6 days out of the week and then not so primal, and by not so I mean seriously indulge one day. I call it treat day.  I’d give myself a 7/10 for this week… I wasn’t great but I wasn’t awful.  I had that sandwich on Saturday, I should have waited until Sunday. Also, I had a lot dinners out this week and I probably consumed larger portions that I really needed to. I’ll remember that next week when I’m on vacation in Paris (yep that’s right WOOOO F-ING HOOOOO, I’m goin’ to Paris).

This weekend I had the old standards of protein shakes and coffee, salads and then for the indulge please see below.

In addition to the below my Sunday also included 4 mimosas (what’s brunch without a cocktail) a margarita (my fav “treat” day drink), a pupusa and a strawberry cupcake.

Saturday lunch,  too lazy to cook I picked pre cooked char and made salad.

Sharing is caring, we all ordered something different and split it. Snow Crab Crepes, Breakfast Burger, Gorganzola and Bacon Omelette. Delish!
