What I Ate 06/04/2013

Alright so lunch wasn’t that creative or fun (ate at my desk), but it was tasty and filling!

Breakfast 7:30AM

1 Protein shake (some habits die hard or just don’t this SO my go-to day starter)
1.5 scoops whey
1 handful strawberries
1 scoop green powder

Lunch 1:55PM:

1 Baked Chicken Breast

1.5 cups Ratatouille

6 Melba Crackers

1 Apple (actually ate this about an hour after lunch)

 

Snack 3:50

1 Biscotti

Ginger Tea

 

Snack 6:00

Green Juice: Spinach, Strawberry, Apple, Chia Seeds

Cheese pocket dinner, not the healthiest but i was craving grilled cheese,  at least I kept my portion in check :)
