This is what I packed for lunch/snacks. Also have an apple at my desk and Greek yogurt in the fridge (in case of emergency)

Alright, so it took me about 3 minutes to pack my lunch, so nice to have everything pre-cooked and divided.  Had a couple of post work libations, but managed to steer clear of the bar food (points for me).

 

Breakfast 7:00AM :

Protein Smoothie

 

Snack 10:00:

Skim-Milk Cappuccino:

 

Snack 12:00PM

Green Drink

I know you are thinking” WTF it’s noon…EAT LUNCH”, I was stuck in a meeting and am now running to another…Lunch will have to wait until 2:00.

1/2 pint cider

Stoli O and Soda

 

Dinner:

Egg white omelet filled with ratatouille

Red wine
