What I Ate: 06/06/2013 (oops I messed up)

WOO HOO I got a nutribullet…yes I’m on that bandwagon and I love it. I make my morning smoothie in it. It’s actually easier to clean than my blender and it pulverizes spinach! Which you would think is gross but it adds a bit of a nutty flavor…delish.

On the evening, I lost focus…. I’m OK with the two glasses of champagne, a reasonable drink choice, I believe.

Then I went to meet a guy to watch the game… dating and lifestyle change don’t always go together so well for me. I really should have not had the greyhounds OR the sandwich OR the martini, there were salads and vodka sodas a plenty.  I gotta find a way to check myself BEFORE heading to the bar next time. ( Side note: was a great date!!!!)

Being one notorious for throwing out the baby with the bathwater when it comes to fitness… I’m proud to say  I messed up but I won’t give up!

Breakfast 7:00AM

Protein smoothie  (got a nutribullet so I added some spinach to mix is up)

1 scoop whey

1 Handful frozen strawberries

2 Handfuls Spinach

Water

Snack 10:00Am

1% cappuccino (they were all outta skim)

1/2 biscotti

Lunch 12:45

1 cup cooked black beans

1 cup ratatouille

1 handful grapes

1 handful baby carrots

Snack3:45PM

1/2 biscotti (the other half )

Green Juice with Chia Seesds (thanks nutri bullet)

2 handfuls spinach

1/2 apple

4 baby carrots

1 small handful strawberries

1 TBS chia seeds

water

 

Post Work Libation 6:30

2 glass Champagne

 

Dinner:

Portabella Mushroom Sandwich

3 GreyHounds

1 martini
