Dynamic Warm Up 1

Every work out MUST start with a warm, it not only helps to get you in the right state of mind, if also helps ensure your body is ready to make the most out of your workout. Don’t skip this part!  Don’t believe me ask WebMD.

Here are a few moves you can do as a warm up.
Try 8-10 of each prior to your workout. At first, the “warm-up” may fee like a workout. But don’t worry… it won’t for long.
