Workout of the week <25 Minutes

Here are the 4 moves for the  workout I’m doing this week. I’ll be getting this at least twice

Squats

1/2 Burpess

High Kicks

Seal Jacks

Completing them same as last week, each move 8 rounds of 20 seconds work 10 seconds rest, pass out 😉
