Get Strong with Sexy Push-Ups <20 minutes

Here is your GET STRONG workout of the week. Aim to get through 4-5 rounds, 3-5 times this week.  If during the last set, you feel like you could do 2 or more reps of each move, increase your weights.

Moves:

8-10 Squat Thrust

8-10 Plank Row

8-10  Lunge with High Knee

8-10 Sexy Push Ups
