Thanks for checking out my blog! As a busy woman, like me, I’m sure you want to be as efficient as you can with your time, so here are a few thoughts to help you navigate the blog.

If you’re looking for decadence, luxury and all the ways to feel indulgent click on “Decadence” in the side bar. If you’re looking for ways to save, cut back or experience the joys of austerity click on “Moderation” in the side bar.

If you’re looking for workouts check out the category “workouts”. You’ll see that all workouts are labeled:

Warm Up– These get your body ready to move with purpose

Strong– These focus on increasing strength and developing muscle definition, getting you “toned”

Lean– These focus on revving up for metabolism and increasing your endurance, the “fat-fighters”

Get Fit Fit– These are moves you should do for 60s or less a few times a day

Hotel Workouts: These are specific workouts I do while traveling in my room or in the hotel gym

I also try to include about how long they should take in the title so you can pick a workout based on your day/week/month/year.

What you’ll find in the video and text is a description of HOW to do the moves in that workout and a suggestion for how many times to do them.

You should do a warm up before EVERY workout (expect the Get Fit Fits, more on those below). The warms-up are 5-7 minutes. If you want a full workout plan, you should aim for at least 1 Strong workout and 1 Lean workout per week, and add from there building up 3-6 times per week.   Here’s the best part, the workout you pick doesn’t matter, they are all total body workouts and scale based on how fast you complete them, how many reps you do or how much resistance you use.  A lot of the workouts only require your bodyweight, a few also include toys (dumbbells, kettle bells, speed rope, etc) all have scaling options. If you ever need help with scaling just put a note in the comments and I’ll respond.
